MEET THE

MOTHER DUCKS

As a small community pre-school, we have a high-level of qualified practitioners with a wealth of experience looking after the village children. We are extremely proud of our setting, particularly our SENCO department.  These factors have a positive impact on our children when transitioning into Reception Years.

Lynn Barnett

Manager

Lynn joined the team in 2010 and is our Pre-school Deputy.  After completing her NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, Lynn went on to complete a Foundation Degree in Early Years Care (Level 5). She is also our SENCo and has achieved the Level 3 Certificate for SENCOs in the Early Years (CERTSEY); responsible for assessing, planning and monitoring children with special needs. Lynn is also a Safeguarding Children Officer.

The breakfast and after school club team are amazing, they always take the time to find out what Chase is interested in and provide him with activities he likes, this has really helped him to settle in and gain confidence in his social skills.
